Class Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. As our classes have limited spaces and our instructors and materials are prepared in advance, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

10+ days: Full refund or full reschedule

3 – 9 days: Non-refundable or one complimentary reschedule

Less than 48 hours: Non-refundable and no rescheduling

No-show: Non-refundable and no rescheduling

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Please email info@pearlandfern.ca with your name, class date, and booking details.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by email within the timeframes outlined above. Complimentary rescheduling is available once per booking and is subject to class availability.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that Pearl & Fern cancels a class, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
