A: Everything a potter (or plant lover) could dream of — Tucker’s clay, pottery tools, wheels, kilns, slab rollers, glazes, brushes, molds, thousands of other supplies and a carefully curated selection of indoor plants.

A: Yes! Perfect for the creative soul in your life. Available in-store and online.

Q: What kinds of pottery classes do you offer?
A: From your very first pinch pot to advanced wheel work, we have classes for all skill levels. We also offer glazing workshops, raku sessions, and seasonal specialty events.
Q: How do I register?
A: Easy! Sign up online through our website.
Q: What is included in a studio membership?
A: Members enjoy 24/7 studio access, dedicated areas for their personal pottery supplies, priority kiln use, and discounts on clay and glaze — plus, you’ll be part of a warm, supportive community.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Clothes you don’t mind getting a little muddy, short nails, and hair tied back. Pottery loves mess, and so will you!
Q: Can kids take classes?
A: Most classes are for adults, but we run family and kids’ workshops throughout the year. Keep an eye on our calendar for upcoming dates or message us.

Q: What kinds of clay do you carry?
A: We’re proud to carry a full range of Tucker’s clay bodies — stoneware, porcelain, raku, and specialty clays — each with its own unique texture, firing range, and finish.
Q: Can you order equipment for me?
A: Absolutely. Whether you’re looking for a kiln, wheel, or slab roller, we can help you choose the perfect fit and arrange delivery right to your door.
Shipping & Pickup
Q: Do you ship pottery supplies?
A: Yes! We ship all over Canada.
Local delivery is available for FSAs: V1P, V1V, V1W, V1X, V1Y, V1Z, V4T, V4V, V1B, V1H, V0H, V2A.
You can also choose free in-store pickup.
Q: What’s an FSA?
A: It’s the first three characters of your postal code (e.g., V1Z). We use it to help calculate shipping rates.
Orders & Returns
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Yes — unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days with a receipt. Clay, glaze, and special orders are final sale.
Q: What if something arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll take care of it right away.

Q: Do you fire work for non-members?
A: Unfortunately not no, we are already so busy with our members and lesson pieces that the kilns are running regularly and full to the brim.
Q: Do you sell plants year-round?
A: Absolutely. Our plant selection changes with the seasons, so there’s always something fresh and green to discover.
