Roll out an even slab of clay to your desired thickness.
Lightly dust the mold or clay slab with cornstarch to help prevent sticking.
Lay the slab over the tray mold.
Use the top press piece to gently press and define the tray shape and scalloped edges.
Trim away excess clay and refine edges as desired.
Allow the clay to firm up slightly before removing from the mold.
Finish, decorate, dry, and fire as desired.

How to Use:
